Pricing:

• 1/2 Day (5 Hours) Fishing Tour: $290 for 2 people
• Full Day (10 hours) Fishing Tour: $495 for 2 people
• 1/2 Day Lake Sight Seeing Tour: $275 for 2 people

Note that our 1/2 day tours are 5 hours (vs. the normal 4 hours).  Each extra person is $70 for a half day or $90 for a full-day for an adult.  The boat can accommodate up to 5 adults for fishing, but only 3 inexperienced fishermen may fish at a time or 4 experience fishermen at one time.

Tours Include:

• Tackle, gear, lures, and instructions
• Beverages: (fruit drinks, ice tea, water, beer*, etc)
• Breakfast, snacks, coffee by request

* If you are not a big beer drinker I will provide a pizza at the amazing restaurant Las Tinajas.

Morning Fishing Tours
Our morning trips begin at daybreak, when Lake Arenal is at its absolute best. Depending on the time of year, pickup is typically between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM.
To ensure the highest catch rates, no morning tours start later than 7:00 AM. Just like anywhere in the world, the early-morning bite is when guapotes and machacas are most active, and we build our schedule around that prime window.

Afternoon Fishing Tours
Afternoon trips are designed to be easy, relaxed, and productive.
Pickup is at Tinaja’s Restaurant, one of the best spots on the lake, located right on the peninsula.

We recommend guests arrive around 12:00 PM to enjoy lunch and a drink while overlooking the water. Your vehicle is safe in Tinaja’s private parking area. At 1:00 PM, the boat comes around the point — simply walk down the hill, step aboard, and your afternoon fishing tour begins.

The Fine Print:

• Tours are conducted rain or shine, but I reserve the right to cancel the tour if the weather is too dangerous. If canceled, I will reschedule for the next day or a full refund.
• The most important thing is to call me the day before your tour so we can make final arrangements for pick up and drop off instruction.  The Live Chat feature is best way to contact me.
• Once you make the $100 deposit, it is non-refundable due to the fact that I blocked the date off so nobody else can can book it. If the client(you) cancels the tour day of, you are required to make the full payment . If I cancel the tour (because of weather), I will return the deposit.
